Transforming Cloud Operations
At PagerDuty, we are venturing beyond our traditional on-call use case to explore broader cloud operations. In this context, my responsibility as Global Head of UX and Research is scaling and cultivating a UX team and fostering a culture that can focus on AIOps, CSOps, Automation, and Analytics. The underlying principle guiding us is that the experiences we create in this multi-product journey should be cohesive, efficient, and frictionless, simplifying the management of complex cloud operations.

Managed various responsibilities, overseeing the User Experience (UX), User Research, and Mobile Product teams. This position allowed me to leverage various responsibilities and bring together skilled teams. Our collective vision was to reimagine the mobile experience, an effort that ultimately led to significant growth for the company and allowed us to differentiate ourselves through design. We aimed to create a product that responds to users' immediate health needs and encourages and empowers them to manage and improve their health and wellbeing proactively.
